This charming vacation home offers a private house and a beautiful garden with a terrace and balcony on the first floor. Inside, you will find spacious kitchen and dining areas, as well as a cozy living room. There are two bedrooms, one with a large bed and the other with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a mezzanine with a convertible bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six people. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, and there is even a relaxing Japanese bath. The house also includes a storage room with a wash-hand basin, a washing machine, microwaves, a gas stove and furnace, coffee machines, and sandstone dishes. Outside, you can enjoy wooden garden furniture, a deckchair, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. For your convenience, three bikes are provided, and there is wifi available with a USB key.Reviews

To reach "Chantillac," take the national road n°10 (Poitiers-Bordeaux) and exit at the "Way out" sign. It is located 50 km south of Angoulême, 500 km south of Paris, and 68 km north of Bordeaux city.
To get to Jonzac, take highway 10 (from Nantes to Bordeaux) and exit at n°36. It is approximately 300 km from Nantes.
To reach "Montpon," take highway 89 (from Lyon to Bordeaux via CkermontFerrrand) and exit at n°12. It is approximately 576 km from Lyon.
