The dining table can accommodate 8 people and has an extension for added convenience.The living room boasts a charming fireplace with firewood and beautiful wooden beams. It opens up to a large terrace facing south, accessed through a double glazed glass door. For the safety of children, the terrace is enclosed with a glass wall. The garden furniture is strategically placed around the barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining.
Moving through the sleeping corridor, you will find a well-equipped bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms opens up to a pergola facing southeast, providing a lovely view through a picture window with double glazing. The bathroom features two sinks, an electric towel dryer, and a shower-bath. Ample storage drawers are also available, and a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath serves as a convenient space for baby essentials.
The villa is equipped with electric heating for comfort. The third bedroom faces west and has two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
On the ground floor, you will find a secured pool area enclosed by elegant wrought iron gates. The pool is surrounded by a generous terrace that offers natural protection from winds and prying eyes. The gates are inaccessible to young children, ensuring their safety.
The property includes a garage for one car and private parking space for up to three cars. Please note that a separate studio on the ground floor is occupied by the owner and is not part of the rental.
