With its bright and spacious 40 m2, you'll have a peaceful and independent stay.We strive to make your stay enjoyable, which is why we provide basic food products for breakfast. Our apartment is situated in a quiet area with plenty of shops and transportation options (metro, bus, train) nearby. Being completely independent, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your time here.
The location is ideal, with the center of Lille just a 15-minute public transport ride away or a quick 10-minute drive on the motorway. Our accommodation is perfect for executives on the move, business travelers, seminars, exhibitions, or training purposes.
For sports enthusiasts, there are jogging trails starting right from our apartment, allowing you to explore the beautiful countryside around the lakes in Villeneuve d'Ascq, which are just 2.5km or 10km away.
