Monthly rental: $980.00 (all-inclusive, net)Weekly rental: $310 (all-inclusive, net)
Weekend rental: $180 (all-inclusive, net) for 3 nights (Choose from M, J, V, S or D, V, S, D or V, S, D, L)
Extra night: $40
A deposit of 30% of the rental price must be paid upon receipt of the contract.
Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Rentals are available for a minimum of one month, up to a maximum of three months.
An invoice will be provided and must be paid earlier in the month.
The monthly contract is automatically renewed unless a one-month notice is given.
Deposit for monthly rental: $400 (to be paid on the day of inventory)
Deposit for weekly rental: $200 (to be paid on the day of inventory)
Deposit for weekend rental: $100 (to be paid on the day of inventory)
Cleaning service is available upon request for $12.00 for the entire stay.
Towels can be rented for $5.00 per stay (upon request).
Sheets can be rented for $6.00 for the stay (upon request).

Ground Floor:This charming accommodation features a spacious living room that includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. Additionally, there is an ironing board, a dining table with chairs, comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a dresser, and a TV for your entertainment. There is also a convenient small area with a toilet, a sink, and storage space.
First Floor:
Ascending to the first floor, you will find a cozy mezzanine area and a lovely bedroom furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a spacious dressing area. The bathroom on this floor includes a refreshing shower, a basin, a toilet, and a washing machine for your laundry needs.
