This newly built duplex apartment offers independent living with separate entrances on each level. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a sitting area and a TV offering Freeview channels. The apartment covers an area of 50 square meters and is east-facing.Additionally, we offer one-night Bed and Breakfast accommodations upon request. Please contact us for more information.
The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a 600 square meter park where you can unwind after a day of exploring our beautiful region. Barbecue facilities are available upon request.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Services included in the rental are bed linen, electricity (8KW/day), water, and parking. We also provide a laundry service for an additional charge.
