This is a charming farmhouse that captures the essence of traditional Lotoise farms. It is nestled in a serene and green countryside, northwest of the Lot region. Only 4 km away, you will find the picturesque town of Lacapelle-Marival, complete with its quaint shops and a medieval castle from the XIII century.

The location offers easy access to various tourist attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the valleys of the Lot and Dordogne, a lake, and a zoo.

The farmhouse itself was lovingly restored in 2005 while preserving its original character. It exudes the charm of its era with buildings arranged around a courtyard, a stone trough where cattle used to drink, a restored barn, and a bread oven.

On the ground floor of the barn, you will find a beautiful courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. The upper floor opens up to a delightful pool. To access the house, you'll ascend a stone staircase, where you'll be greeted by the preserved "inglenook" and "scullery" inside.
