Location: The Chautagne Motz cottage is situated at the junction of three departments in Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and Ain.

The town offers a range of sports and outdoor activities, including a water area supervised by lifeguards during the summer months, two tennis courts, a roller skating rink, a tree trail, and a restaurant.

The cottage is conveniently located approximately 15 kilometers north of Lac du Bourget, where you can enjoy a beach, pedal boats, water skiing, and dining options.

The terraced house measures approximately 65 square meters and features a garden (approximately 25 square meters) equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

There are two parking spaces available in front of the house. Additionally, the basement provides a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, as well as storage space for two bikes.

We also provide five adult bikes, including one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others to explore the surrounding area.

The cottage offers three bedrooms:
1. Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm)
2. Bedroom 2: Double bed (120 cm), loft bed (90 cm, elevated)
3. Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 cm), single bed (90 cm). This room can accommodate three people. An additional mattress can be provided in Bedroom 3 for an extra fee of 5 euros per person per day. There is also a sofa bed (130 cm) in the living room.

Linen and towels are provided, and the beds will be made prior to your arrival.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. There is enough tableware for seven people.

The living room features a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a mini HiFi system, WiFi, board games, and a library for your entertainment.

Other amenities include a hairdryer, a fan heater, two fans, an iron, an ironing board, and a drying rack. There is a vacuum cleaner on both the ground floor and the upper floor.

Baby equipment is available, including a high chair, a changing table with a newborn bath, and a chamber pot. A stroller is also provided.

Babysitting services are available, and pets are allowed.
