Situated in the southern part of the city, the duplex offers a serene atmosphere with a nearby garden. It features one bedroom with an attached bathroom, a separate toilet, and the option of a removable second bedroom. Each bed provided is a comfortable king size measuring 160X200. Additionally, there is complimentary public parking available. Please note that a cleaning fee of 30 euros is not incorporated into the rental price. To reach your destination, head towards the parking area of Verdun where you can park your vehicle for free. From there, locate the walk road at 32 number. Proceed to the grey dark door and open it. After entering, you will come across another door, this time in a lighter shade of grey. Open this door as well and make your way up to the garden.
