Groundfloor:
The ground floor of this property offers a spacious kitchen (16 m2) equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a gas cooker with oven and 4 burners, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mixer, an electric carver, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an iron and ironing board, a raclette set, a fondue set, and a hoover. Additionally, there is a charming dining room (14 m2). The bathroom features a shower (4 m2) and there is a separate toilet (2 m2).

First floor:
On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room (20 m2) complete with a TV, CD/DVD player, amplifier, and speakers. There are three bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 (11 m2) is furnished with a double bed, while bedroom 2 (16 m2) offers two single beds. Bedroom 3 (16 m2) also has a double bed. Upon request, one of the double beds can be replaced with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet (6 m2).

Outside:
The property provides a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation. For families with children, there are various games available, including a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit. Private parking is also available.
