Located in the heart of the historic district of la Marsa (lahouache), our guest house is a charming blend of Arab and Andalusian architecture. Reminiscent of nineteenth-century haciendas in Andalusia, this house has undergone a meticulous expansion and renovation process that lasted 3 ½ years. Throughout this process, we have ensured that the period architecture is preserved while providing all the modern comforts of our time.

Situated at a dead end, dar Souad offers a unique sense of seclusion despite being in the city center. As you enter this Arab-style house, you will feel like stepping into a different world. The majority of the house opens onto a spacious patio, which is as large as the house itself. The patio features a heated pool and a soothing waterfall, creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere.

Our guest house boasts five bedrooms, each with its own distinctive style, and all of them open onto private terraces. Every room is beautifully decorated in a traditional oriental setting, immersing guests in an authentic cultural experience.
