Welcome to Gite les Mimosas (3 stars), located in a beautiful, independent house measuring 120 square meters in a century-old olive grove. Situated at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by mountains, you will enjoy absolute tranquility. Our location is ideal, being just 20 kilometers from NICE and close to the Mercantour National Park, as well as being conveniently situated between Cannes and Menton.The gite offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. There is a communal living room with a fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Additionally, we provide internet access. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is separate from the living area. Outside, you can relax on the terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking is available.
The gite can accommodate up to 11 guests, with four double beds, one single bed (80x180), and a sofa bed for two in the living room. It is perfect for nature lovers, avid hikers, and those who appreciate exploring ancient fortified medieval villages.
There are numerous fortified medieval villages to visit nearby, as well as opportunities for hiking and enjoying the rivers in the surrounding area. We also welcome dogs on the premises.

TO GET TO US:
- Take Exit A8 – N ° 55 NICE EST on the highway.
- At the second traffic light, turn left onto the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL. Continue on the expressway until the end (approximately 9 kilometers).
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L’ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Drive on Route Nationale 2204 for 6.5 kilometers towards L’ESCARENE until you reach "COL DE NICE."
- At "COL DE NICE," take a left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES. Drive for 3 kilometers until you reach "chemin de Meingarde."
- On the right side of "chemin de Meingarde" (a dead-end road), follow the sign and continue until the end of the road. Take a left on the small square and the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
