Located on the outskirts of Rance (900 m), this delightful residence is situated in the heart of Minihic village, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. Its prime location makes it an ideal base for exploring Dinard, Dinan, and Saint Malo. Easy access to the Rance waterfront pathway (GR34) allows for enjoyable walks.The charming bedroom, with a four-star rating, is located on the first floor and can accommodate two people. On the ground floor, there is a cozy lounge area, as well as a shower room with a toilet. Laurence and Christophe will serve you a delicious breakfast in the dining room, which boasts a fireplace in the winter. In the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast in the garden. The breakfast menu includes a variety of homemade products, including pancakes. A library is also available for your reading and relaxation pleasure.

très bon séjour
hôtes très agréables, à l'écoute. Chambre très belle, bonne literie, grande salle d'eau. Un petit déjeuner copieux et de très bons produits, (merci pour les crêpes). Joli parc pour se poser. A refaire sans hésitation
