The house has been beautifully restored by the previous tenant, who was once the farmer of the Castle of Fougis. You will be delighted to find that both the house and its courtyard offer stunning views of the Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and Castle Fougis. This two-story house offers a spacious and comfortable living experience. On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a generous bedroom with a double bed, and an additional room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. The ground floor also features a bathroom and toilet for the two rooms, as well as an extra toilet in a spacious lobby.Moving upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. An extra bed can also be provided upon request.
Outside, a sunny terrace awaits you, providing a stunning view of the sculpture park. The property offers parking facilities and additional amenities such as tennis and table tennis. Moreover, a private lake is available for swimming.
