Located just ten minutes away from downtown La Rochelle and Ile de Re, this tranquil property boasts a spacious guest room of 35 m². With its own independent large bay window that opens up to a beautiful garden and terrace, the room offers a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2m), along with the option of two additional beds (90 cm x 2m). The room features an office corner, two leather armchairs, a wardrobe, and a multimedia corner complete with a TV, satellite, DVD player, USB, and WiFi. The room also includes a private bathroom, toilets, entrance, and parking.The property is conveniently located near various seaside walks, beaches, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course, all within a few kilometers. Additionally, guests will find a range of shops and restaurants nearby, while the airport and train station are just a 10-minute drive away.
This guest room can accommodate up to four people, with rates ranging from €50 to €90 per night, including breakfast. Please note that there is a minimum stay of two nights for bookings.
Please be aware that the guest room is closed from November 1st to February 28th every year.
Rates for the room, including breakfast, are as follows:
- Low season (September 1st to June 30th): €55 for 1 person, €58 for 2 people, €75 for 3 people, and €90 for 4 people.

Toujours aussi agreable pour notre 3e séjour dans cette chambre d'hotes avec un super accueil.nous venons de passer 5 nuits avec notre petit fils et avons profité des bons petits déjeuners de mme mieze ainsi que de la terrasse bien agréable le soir

Séjour 2 nuits les 23 et 24 avril 2015
Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 avec une chambre réellement spacieuse et confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'espace extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, c'est notre seul regret. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
