The fully-equipped kitchen includes an inox double-bowl, a gas hob with four burners, an extractor hood, an oven and microwave, a fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher, and tableware.

There are two bedrooms in the house. Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, offers two separable beds, fitted closets, a bedside table, and bedding linen. Bedroom 2, on the mezzanine, features a double bed (separable), two bed lamps, storage units, an armchair, a desk, a phone plug, and bedding linen. The bathroom is equipped with heated towel racks, washbasins, a cupboard, a bath and shower, and bathroom linen. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

The house is heated with city gas, and internet access and a direct phone line are included. Outside, the garden features lighting and an automatic watering system. There is ample parking space available, including a private car park and a locked garage. The gite also offers easy access for disabled individuals.

Guests may have access to the swimming pool and bikes, subject to specific conditions. Rental of the house is subject to a contract and guarantees. Depending on the season, the gite can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the length of the stay.

It is only a 5-minute drive from Muret train station, where you can catch direct trains to Toulouse. Additionally, it is just a 15-minute drive from large shopping centers such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as the industrial areas in the southern part of Toulouse where companies like Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel are located.

If you enjoy outdoor activities, the house is conveniently located 15 minutes away from the Golf Club of La Ramée and a leisure park that offers activities such as swimming, tennis, biking, and a beautiful lake.

For those wanting to explore the city center of Toulouse, it is only a 20-minute drive away. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is also easily accessible within a 20-minute drive.
