The stone house comprises two recently renovated apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Both apartments offer independent access to a terrace and garden, situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2. The property boasts a swimming pool and private parking, ensuring exclusivity as there are no other accommodations on the premises. Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to five people and can be rented individually. Nestled in a tranquil village near the beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica (the closest being approximately 8km away), this location presents a quintessential Corsican experience. The famous towns of Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are conveniently situated at a distance of 15km (details available on my website). The secure swimming pool (measuring 8.5m x 4.1m, with depths ranging from 1.1m to 2m) is exclusively shared between the two apartments, as is the parking area. The pool water is treated with a saline solution (3 grams of salt per liter), providing a pleasant bathing experience that is ten times less salty than the sea.Reviews
