This charming residence has been lovingly restored and decorated in a minimal modern style with a touch of the orient. It is perfect for a couple or a single person.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The oak worktop and unpolished marble tile floor add a touch of elegance, while the excellent stainless steel saucepans and top-of-the-range frying pans cater to the needs of any cooking enthusiast. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, attractive crockery, cutlery, and glasses you could possibly need.
Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a bright and airy living room with a wooden floor. Double doors lead to a tranquil patio at the back of the house, which opens up to a small garden with a sun terrace. The garden is a burst of colorful flowers and aromatic herbs, and it is equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture for outdoor enjoyment. The living room also features Sky TV, a DVD player, a stereo, and an excellent collection of books on local interests.
The second floor houses the comfortable and spacious bedroom, complete with a bathroom. The bed boasts an orthopedic mattress and is adorned with Egyptian cotton bed linen. A fan and mosquito net ensure a pleasant night's sleep, while the power shower and luxury towels add a touch of indulgence to your bathing experience.

Located just 5km from Badefols, this charming house is conveniently situated on the left side of the road opposite a car park. It is easily accessible by taking the road from Lalinde to Sarlat and turning right at Badefols.Here are some nearby attractions and their driving time from the property:
- Bordeaux: Only 1.30 hours away, Bordeaux is a vibrant city with an airport offering direct flights from Dublin with Aer Lingus, as well as flights from Cork, Edinburgh, Porto, Bologna, and other European connections with Ryanair. Often compared to Paris in terms of beauty, Bordeaux is a must-visit destination.
- St. Emilion: Just 1.00 hour away, St. Emilion is renowned for its exquisite wines and its charming town. It is the most famous wine region in the area and definitely worth a visit.
- Sarlat: A mere 40 minutes away, Sarlat is a perfectly restored old town that dates back to medieval and renaissance times.
