After successfully establishing two theme restaurants in Paris Burgundy, we decided to embark on a new adventure. In 2005, we purchased our family home in order to reconnect with our roots and start a fresh chapter in life. Having served the conservation profession in Paris for 30 years, particularly at "Bourguignon du Marais" which we founded in 1992, we have now passed on ownership to Philip Lalot to ensure its continued success. We take immense pride in preserving the Burgundy essence, as reflected in our meticulous selection of wines for the menu.

Today, following extensive renovations both for the wine celebrations and the creation of new structures to enhance your comfort, we warmly invite you to our estate for a delightful and immersive experience.
