Our cottage is located in a peaceful village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The main features of our property are the spaciousness and tranquility it offers.Situated approximately 14 kilometers away from Mont Saint Michel, and just 5 kilometers from Pontorson, the nearest market town. Additionally, we are conveniently located 40 kilometers from popular seaside towns such as Granville, St Malo, and Cancale. From these towns, you can also take a ferry for a day trip to the Channel Islands, including Chausey or Jersey.
The cottage itself boasts 4 bedrooms, each equipped with an ensuite shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a large living room with a sofa-bed, a mezzanine with a sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests, and a cozy corner that can also sleep 2 more people.
The outdoor space is extensive, featuring a lush lawn area, a dedicated children's corner complete with a swing and slide, a petanque area for bowling enthusiasts, a barbecue for al fresco dining, and a terrace to relax and unwind.
We understand that holidays often involve exploring the surroundings, which is why we are happy to accommodate late check-ins.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, and there will be no additional cleaning fee if the house is left in a reasonably tidy condition.
And lastly, you can expect all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, and TV.
