Upstairs:Ascending from the Reception area, you will find an elegant oak staircase leading to a spacious mezzanine where you can unwind and take a break. Connected to the mezzanine are one double bedroom (with the option of adding a travel cot or single bed if needed), two twin bedrooms (one also with space for a travel cot or single bed), and a room with full size bunk beds. Additionally, there is a room with a shower and another room with a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Downstairs:
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, designed to accommodate elderly and disabled guests. There is also a separate room with a toilet.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
Separated from the living room by charming oak beams, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a large oak table, capable of seating up to 10 people. Guests are welcome to utilize these facilities for preparing their own lunch and dinner. The washing machine is available for use at a small additional charge of 2 Euros per load.
Living Room:
The living room offers a cozy setting with two leather sofas positioned around a grand wood-burning stove. It serves as a perfect space to relax, meet other guests, or indulge in reading and watching TV.
Reception Area:
A computer for guest use is conveniently located on the Captains Desk, providing internet access via WIFI connection.
Outside:
Les Noisettes boasts a well-maintained garden, perfect for children to play and energetic adults to burn off some energy. For those seeking relaxation, various garden furniture is available to enjoy the sun. Through the French Doors in the Living Room, there is a tiled patio area, accompanied by a built-in BBQ on the side, perfect for grilling burgers, fish, and steaks from the local shops. Additionally, there is a spacious patio area at the front of the house, ideal for soaking up the afternoon and evening sunshine. Ample parking space is provided for up to 4 vehicles, with the option to accommodate caravans as well.
Les Noisettes is an ideal accommodation for singles, families, and individuals with varying needs, including the elderly and disabled. Please note that pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

To reach Les Noisettes, proceed on the D36 towards Eguzon-Chantome from the A20 for about 3 miles until you reach the village of Argentieres.
