We are offering three different rooms for you to choose from.Firstly, there is a spacious room equipped with a 160-sized bed. It includes a private bathroom with a shower and a relaxing balnéo bathtub.
Secondly, we have a luxurious parental suite featuring a 160-sized bed and a mezzanine with two individual beds measuring 90. This suite also has its own private toilet.
Lastly, we offer a charming duplex room with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, an individual toilet, and a cozy small lounge area that can be used for sleeping arrangements.
Description for Gite
Valerie welcomes you to a charming bed and breakfast located in the beautiful green valley of the Royal Eure, just 1 hour and 5 minutes away from Paris and Dreux. This 100 sqm accommodation has been tastefully decorated, combining the traditional charm of a "Norman cottage" with modern comforts.The ground floor features a cozy living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a 160 bed and a sofa, while the remaining two bedrooms have 140 beds. There is also a bathroom with a jacuzzi corner bath, shower, and toilet. The accommodation is equipped with a color TV, and a baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Guests can enjoy various amenities such as a tennis court on site, bicycles for exploring the area, and children's games. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture available for outdoor dining. Bed linen and towels are provided, and maid service is included.

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
