We offer three comfortable rooms that are equipped with all necessary amenities. These rooms can accommodate anywhere from one to four people, depending on the preferences of our guests. Additionally, there is a communal room located on the ground floor. In this space, you will find everything you need to prepare coffee or tea, as well as a selection of books and regional information for your reading pleasure.For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we have a beautiful garden, a refreshing pool, and three acres of oak woodlands, perfect for peaceful strolls. When the weather permits, guests can enjoy their continental breakfast in the conservatory or out in the garden. Our breakfast is carefully prepared using local ingredients.
In our house, we also provide entertainment options such as a pool table and a piano. Private parking is available, and we offer WiFi access throughout the property. Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking. If you are traveling with pets, we do accept them upon request, although an additional charge may apply.

The rental of this charming cottage includes three cozy bedrooms and a spacious living area on the ground floor. Although the access is independent, the cottage is conveniently situated within the same farmhouse as our main house. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge top, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes for your convenience. Additionally, guests have open access to the refreshing pool and the entertaining billiard room. Directions
To reach Le Mas de Briquepierre, follow these travel directions: Take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse and proceed towards Quint Fonsegrives. From there, continue towards Lanta / Caraman. After passing through the village of Lanta, keep heading towards Caraman. Le Mas de Briquepierre will be situated on the left side after approximately 5 km.
