Escape to our little piece of paradise in a charming rural village, reminiscent of traditional Breton architecture. Nestled along the picturesque Ria d'Etel, our location is perfect for exploring the surrounding hiking trails, nearby shops, and popular tourist destinations such as Quiberon, Carnac, Auray, and Vannes. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our property, where you can leisurely stroll along our paths and meet our friendly horses, ponies, dwarf goats, chickens, and even our lovable dogs and cats.Our main building, the Chaumière, boasts four cozy and tastefully decorated guest rooms. Each room is unique, ensuring that every guest's expectations are met. Choose from the elegant Armor et la Bohème room, featuring a comfortable 160 bed, or the charming Korrigans room with two cozy 90 beds. Alternatively, the Argoat room offers a spacious 140 bed along with an additional 90 bed. Each room comes with its own private bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet. Additionally, we provide a cozy lounge on the ground floor for our guests to relax and unwind. Start your day off right with a complimentary breakfast, served every morning.
To further enhance your stay, we also offer three separate lodgings. The Bergerie, perfect for a romantic retreat for two, the Four à Pain, also ideal for two people, and the Stable, a spacious option that comfortably accommodates two adults and two children. These additional accommodations complete our comprehensive range of offerings.

La Bergerie is a cozy ground floor cottage designed for 2 people. It offers a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities, along with a private terrace for a delightful experience.Le Four à Pain is a charming cottage perfect for 2 people seeking a cozy retreat. Equipped with everything you need, the bedroom is located on the upper floor. We also provide garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs in the private garden.
The Stable can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, featuring 2 bedrooms, an upstairs shower room and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor. This delightful cottage is complemented by a spacious terrace, a lovely garden, and private parking. While offering modern comforts, this small house maintains its old-world charm.

Directions
To reach the Kercadoret Farms, follow these travel directions: Take the Erdeven Etel Carnac Belz exit on the national RN165. At the roundabout, continue onto D22 towards Erdeven Etel Belz. Drive for approximately 11 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Belz. At the town panel, turn right towards Ninezur. After driving for 700 meters, you will find the Kercadoret Farms on your right. Look out for a large wooden sign marking the entrance.
