Spread over 120m2, it features a spacious living room with a dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. The cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140x190cm, as well as a bedroom with three beds measuring 90x190cm. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, with one bathroom accessible for individuals with disabilities.Guests can unwind by the heated 10x5 pool, enjoy a game of pool or ping-pong, or relax in the furnished barbecue area.
Conveniently situated in the Isle Valley near the greenway, forest, and the L'Isle River, this cottage offers easy access to various sports activities and the opportunity to explore the surrounding region. Perigueux is a short 10-minute drive away, while Bergerac is 40 minutes away and Sarlat is an hour away. The A89 motorway is only 10 minutes from the property. Supermarkets are conveniently located within 5 km.

Directions
To reach the town, take exit 14 (St Astier) on the A89 motorway. From there, follow the D6089 road towards Périgueux. Upon reaching the Razac fire, make a complete right turn towards the town.
