With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located just 60 yards from the castle and on the edge of a 12.5-acre castle garden, you can enjoy leisurely strolls in a beautiful setting.

Outside, a large patio with pergola and a spacious private garden of over 220 sqm provide the perfect space for outdoor dining, sipping wine, and barbecuing (garden and barbecue equipment available). There is no chance of boredom with games, table tennis, and a TV provided. Additionally, guests can enjoy the swimming pool (7x13, heated) located in the castle's park.

The climate in this area is mild in winter and warm in summer, with some people even enjoying Christmas lunch outside. With approximately 300 sunny days a year, this region offers plenty of sunshine. Nearby attractions include Narbonne beach (45 km), the lake of Bize-Minervois (29 km), and canoeing opportunities just 3 km away.
