LAKE Issarlès in the beautiful region of Hte ARDECHE offers a perfect getaway for nature lovers. This detached house is located just 50m from the PLAGE.Pinède, providing easy access to the lake. With 2 rooms on the ground floor, it offers a comfortable and private stay. The house is fully enclosed with a garden, parking, and a private entrance.The outdoor space includes a garden with a lounge area, sunbeds, parasol, and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The interior of the house spans over 45m2 and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electrical stove, gas 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, table ironing board, and hairdryer.
The bedroom features a double bed and a baby bed is also available upon request. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. There is ample storage space throughout the house, including a corridor with a cupboard.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with central heating and a stove. The windows are double glazed and there are curtains for privacy. Linens can be rented automatically if needed. The house can accommodate up to 3 people and offers a view of the countryside.
