Green Room (Chambre Verte) - Suitable for up to three guests, this room offers a serene atmosphere with its light-filled living-bedroom. Featuring a wooden floor, green stucco walls, and an original beam ceiling, it exudes a charming ambiance. Enjoy the convenience of coffee and tea service in the room, as well as complimentary WIFI. The spacious private bathroom boasts three showers and a separate toilet, adorned with beautiful white and terracotta mosaic tiling on both the walls and floors. Furnished with two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), accompanied by a table and two chairs, this room also includes central heating. An extra bed can be provided upon request. Situated in the main building, the room is conveniently located next to the communal Salon Rouge (Red room).Blue Room (Chambre Bleu) - Designed with exquisite blue decor, this room offers a cozy ambiance with its wooden floor and captivating mosaic bathroom. The original tiled bathtub and toilet, adorned with Moroccan details, add a touch of elegance. We have a charming gîte available for your stay, perfect for two to four people. The self-catering apartment features a separate kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Additionally, there is a cozy studio with a kitchenette, ideal for two to three guests. Both accommodations offer a lovely terrace with a view of the garden. You can relax and enjoy the outdoor space with the available garden furniture and barbecue. Stay connected with free WIFI access in our Salon Rouge.Our gîte is located in a separate wing of the main building, ensuring privacy with its own private entrance. The interior is beautifully decorated in Mediterranean style, featuring terracotta and mustard colored walls, as well as wooden floors. The apartment is rented as an independent unit, allowing you to enjoy a self-catering experience. It boasts a veranda and a delightful garden view.
Inside the apartment, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. There is also a salon with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Through a connecting door, you can access the spacious living/bedroom, furnished with two single beds measuring 80 cm x 210 cm. This room includes a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
To ensure a pleasant stay, we provide the first essential groceries in the refrigerator and make the beds for you upon your arrival. Towels are also included for your convenience. If needed, a washer and dryer are available upon request. Rest assured that all of these extras are included in the price of your stay.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.
Directions
To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Continue following these signs until you reach the A10. Once on the A10, follow the signs for Orleans and stay on the A10 until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, continue following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the exit towards Limoges/Toulouse, which will put you on the A20. Drive for about 400 km (250 mi) until you are near Montauban, then exit at exit number 65 towards Agen/Auch.
Continue straight on the next two roundabouts, following the signs for Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mile), turn left at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road is the D928, and you will follow it until you reach Auch. In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and take a left towards Mirande. Follow the signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. At Mirande, go left towards Tarbes, then take a left towards Berdoues on the D939.
In Berdoues, after passing the little square at the Mairie (City Hall), take a right. After approximately 500 m (¼ mi), at the intersection, take a left. After 400 m (¼ mi), take a right onto the third driveway, and you have arrived at Domaine A Marmande.
The distance from Toulouse Blagnac Airport to Domaine A Marmande is approximately a 90-minute drive.
