Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom of 11 m², a lovely duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a mezzanine, and a bathroom with a toilet.The main room features a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Relax in the comfortable sitting area with a sofa and TV. Take advantage of the pleasant terrace, complete with garden furniture, to enjoy outdoor dining.
A cot and high chair are available upon request, making this rental perfect for families. Ideally situated just 15 km away from Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours, it offers easy access to popular tourist destinations. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Loire River, which can be accessed just 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant are within 150 m, while shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are conveniently located just 5 km away. Mini-Chateaux and the Touraine Aquarium are a short 10-minute drive from the property, and both the Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within a one-hour reach.
The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and is conveniently located just 9 km from the TGV station. Optional services include bed linen rental (10 for beds and 6 for single beds), towel rental (5 per person), and a package for end-of-stay cleaning (40 ). Weekend rentals are also available, with rates starting at 100 for 2 days and 150 for 3 days.
Payment terms include a 30% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance upon arrival. Additionally, a small tax surcharge of 0.50 per day per person applies. Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.
