Located in a peaceful residential area, this villa is situated just 50 meters away from the beach. The charming ground garden villa consists of three rooms and boasts a beautiful 250 m² garden. The main room is bathed in sunlight and offers a view of the private garden, complete with a comfortable sofa bed. The villa also features a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue and relax in the garden furniture. During July and August, the villa is available for a monthly rental of 1,800 euros for up to six people (prices may vary depending on the number of guests). For other periods, prices are subject to seasonal variations. This property is the perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating holiday. The owners are readily available to offer advice and help you explore the stunning coves of the region, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and inns where you can indulge in the gastronomy of Corsica.
