The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming, traditional Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Nestled in a tranquil village in Mandeville en Bessin, this countryside retreat is conveniently located just a fifteen-minute drive from the town of Bayeux and only ten minutes from the sea. Surrounded by a picturesque apple orchard and grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been carefully renovated to showcase the local stone and architecture. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Adjacent to it is a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, seamlessly connected to the open kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level. Moving upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom includes a 140cm bed, a 90cm bed, and a cot. "The swamp" bedroom offers a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. The "The forest" bedroom boasts a 140cm bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom has two 90cm beds that can be arranged together. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.The exterior of the cottage offers a delightful terrace complete with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining experiences. Additionally, there is a garden shed equipped with deckchairs and various games for children. The beautifully maintained flower garden adds a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings. For added convenience and safety, there is a closed parking area set away from the road. This cottage is particularly well-suited for families with children.
