Welcome to Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice," a spacious house that can accommodate up to 12 guests, located in the heart of the enchanting Loire Valley.The living room boasts an impressive 65m² area with a cozy fireplace and a round table perfect for gatherings of up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen covers 15m², ensuring all your culinary needs are met. With 6 rooms ranging from 10m² to 18m², two bathrooms, two toilets, and underfloor heating, you can expect both comfort and ample space for a memorable holiday with your family or friends. Please note that weekend stays are available from September to March.
The property sits on a beautiful 5000m² plot of land, featuring a refreshing 50m² swimming pool, a delightful 24m² arbor with a barbecue area, and convenient parking facilities.
Our rates include bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. However, there is a mandatory additional fee of €95 for cleaning services.
