Despite being located downtown in Puerto Morelos, you will wake up to the delightful melodies of birds. The beach is just a five-minute drive away (1.8 miles) and convenient public transportation options such as minibusses or taxis are easily accessible. Situated in the heart of the local population, you will find plenty of affordable and delicious small restaurants within a few blocks of the property.

For just $25.00 US dollars per night, a couple can enjoy a clean and spacious bedroom with a private bath. Each room is equipped with a fan, as we prioritize natural breezes, shade from the surrounding vegetation, and traditional construction materials to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, wireless internet access is available (please bring your own laptop). Our community palapa (bungalow) provides access to kitchen facilities, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast. Alternatively, we can offer a "custom" meal at an additional cost.

As owners who reside on-site, we are committed to ensuring that your stay exceeds your expectations. We have friendly pets, including a mini pinscher dog and a cat. Well-behaved and sociable pets are welcome at no extra cost, as long as they do not jump on furniture.
