The property sits on a spacious 6-hectare site, allowing for beautiful family walks along the river or fishing trips. You can also visit the nearby artificial lake with its monitored beach, or explore the romantic forest and experience the animated castles of Lanquais.

For added safety and peace of mind, we provide a secure swimming pool measuring 6x12 meters, complete with alarms and a fenced area specifically designed for children. The 120 square meter detached stone house boasts three bedrooms, a cozy lounge/dining room with a table that comfortably seats 6 to 8 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The thick walls and exposed beams ensure a cool and refreshing atmosphere during the summer months. Furthermore, you can enjoy meals on the terrace, which has a table suitable for 6 to 8 people. Our organic garden offers seasonal vegetables for you to savor.
