The Margotière is a charming, traditional Breton house that offers complete independence. With a spacious area of 70 m2 and a garden of 700 m2, it is situated in close proximity to the beautiful Ria d'Etel.Perfect for accommodating 4 people, there is also an additional bed available for children. The ground floor features a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there is additional storage space available.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. One room is furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, while the other room contains two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.
Whether you are staying for a single night or an entire week, The Margotière offers complete independence. For your convenience, we provide basic breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Linen is also provided, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.
The house is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. The rest is up to you, as you can enjoy your stay without any time constraints.
