Description for Gite

The cozy cottage is situated next to the owner's residence on a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that includes a lounge, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a comfortable first bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third bedroom with two single beds and a crib, as well as another bathroom.
Outside, there is a terrace and garden area with a furnished living room and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool, a park area, a bike storage facility, and a playground for children equipped with table tennis, swings, and a trampoline. Bikes are also available upon request, allowing you to embark on a delightful journey along the Cher River to visit the magnificent Chenonceau Castle.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, the cottage is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets.
