This charming Provencal villa is nestled on a private property of 3000 m2, surrounded by olive trees, hedges, and fragrant flower beds. With its two levels, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the Alpilles. Each of the 4 bedrooms, ranging from 16 to 20 m2, is individually decorated in a Provencal style and comes with its own private bathroom. The villa includes two double beds (1.60 m) and two single beds (0.90 m), all with ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, there are 5 toilets in the villa.Covering an area of 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system. The spacious living room, measuring 63 m², features a fireplace, a large screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The well-equipped kitchen, styled in a Provencal fashion, includes an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Connected to the kitchen is a covered terrace of 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends and family.
Outside, guests can enjoy the lush greenery and tranquility of the villa's bowling green and beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5m), which is securely nestled in the garden. The garden furniture and outdoor lounge area provide ample space for relaxation in the shade of trees and parasols.
Housekeeping is included once a week, with the option for additional service if desired (at an additional cost of 120). The entire property is well lit at night, and the villa also includes a laundry-utility room with a washing machine and a two-car garage.
