Welcome to our guest apartment located on the outskirts of Nantes, in the charming town of Vertou. Just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nantes, our apartment offers direct access to the convenient "busway" system, with the Congress Center only 5 minutes away.Situated on the banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the peaceful neighborhood of Beautour, our loft-style apartment spans 45m2 and features two comfortable bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom comes complete with a toilet. We provide all necessary amenities such as bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, a towel, microwave, coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, TV, and internet access. Additionally, breakfast is included with your stay.
If you prefer not to cook, we also offer dinner upon request for only 12 euros. Our property offers convenient car parking, bicycles for exploring the area, and a lovely garden for relaxation.
