Description:The first floor of our accommodation offers various amenities and comfortable rooms for a pleasant stay. There are three fully furnished bedrooms, along with an office or additional room located in front of one of the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a small room accessible through another room, which features two single beds. The floor also includes a toilet and a refrigerator for your convenience.
Each complete room is equipped with new boxspring beds and cozy quilts to ensure a comfortable sleep. The rooms also feature a double bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed. The attached bathroom, spanning an area of 3 square meters, includes a shower-bath, a fitted washbasin, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Furthermore, a television, coffee/tea service, and wireless internet are provided in every room.
Room 1, measuring 14 square meters, is accompanied by a smaller room, 1A, spanning 8.5 square meters. Together, they form a family room suitable for four individuals. Additionally, Room 1 offers the convenience of a private balcony entrance.
Room 2, covering an area of 11.7 square meters, also provides access to a private balcony.
Room 3, with the same size as Room 2, is connected to Room 4, which measures 14.5 square meters. Together, they create a family room suitable for four or five individuals. Room 4 includes the same comfortable beds as the other rooms, with the option for an additional third bed. It is equipped with fitted washbasin furniture and has a private toilet located in the corridor. The corridor also provides access to the balcony.
