The island offers the charming house "The Hare and the Turtle", accommodating 1 to 4 people. The house is adorned with vintage furniture and decorations in blue and yellow tones, inspired by the Fable Fountain. It features a comfortable living room, dining room with kitchen, and a bathroom. The house includes a bedroom with a 140 bed and another bedroom with two 90 beds. Guests can also enjoy the provided barbecue and garden furniture. The house is equipped with central heating through a biomass wood chip network.

On the property, guests can partake in various nature activities such as swimming in the heated pool under shelter and playing tennis along the Loir river. Fishing enthusiasts can indulge in river fishing in the Loir river, which is classified as a 2nd category river. The island is renowned for its fishing opportunities and is labeled as a fishing house. Guests have access to two private islands, sluicing games, a spillway, and a source, making Mill Plain a beloved destination for fishing lovers. To reach Troo, it is a 204km journey from Paris. Guests can take the A11 car route and exit at La Ferte-Bernard or opt for the TGV train from Paris to Vendome, which takes approximately 42 minutes depending on the length of the journey and the number of people.
