"Conveniently situated between Colmar and Strasbourg, near the German border, this lovely house on the upper floor of the owner's residence offers a comfortable stay in the heart of Alsace. With its independent entrance, the house can accommodate 3 to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms available. The first bedroom features a double bed (140/190) and a balcony, while the second and third bedrooms also have double beds (140/190). Linens are provided, and a baby pack including a cot and high chair can be requested.The house includes a spacious living room with TV and WiFi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area. The bathroom offers both a bath and a shower. Outside, guests can relax in the garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
The village itself offers convenient amenities such as a bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop, butcher, hairdresser, and bank. A supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away. The house is also ideally located for exploring the region, with Colmar's humanist library just 10 minutes away, and the German border only 10 minutes away as well. The famous wine route of Kintzheim, home to the Eagle Mountains, the Monkey Mountain, and the Hochkönigsburg Castle, can be reached in 15 minutes. Colmar is just 30 minutes away, and Strasbourg is 45 minutes away.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous trails and walking paths to explore. And during the Christmas season, guests can enjoy the festive atmosphere of the nearby Christmas markets."
