You can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool to burn off calories. For lunch and dinner, we will happily recommend the finest restaurants in the area, particularly our personal favorites in Fayssac, Cestayrols, and within a 3 km radius.
Description for Gite
The barn, a spacious 250 m2 house, can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The outdoor area features a large terrace that overlooks the pool, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.On the ground floor, you'll find a generously sized room with an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, and induction hob. The dining room and living room, spanning 60 m2, offer plenty of space for relaxation. Additionally, there is a cozy TV lounge for your entertainment.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a shower room (featuring a 140 cm bed) and a separate WC (please note that this WC is only available until minor repairs are completed).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and its own bathroom and WC. Another bedroom features a loft and three 90 cm beds, while an additional bedroom offers a 140 cm bed, a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed, and a shower room. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet for your convenience.
The green shutters, a charming 140 m2 house, can accommodate up to 6 people. Its unique concave facade adds character to the property. Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue for your enjoyment.
Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by a wide and comfortable staircase. To the left, there is a traditional dining room with a fireplace, followed by a wine cellar (equipped with a washing machine) and a separate toilet. Continuing on, you'll find a beautifully fitted kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and hotplates.
To the right of the entrance, there is a welcoming living room with a leather sofa, fireplace, and a color TV.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each featuring a 140 cm bed, with one of them having its own shower room. An additional bedroom offers two twin beds (each 90 cm). There is also a bathroom and toilet on this floor.
