Welcome to our elegant and spacious gite, boasting large rooms and high ceilings. Every room has been beautifully furnished, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind.

Our gite features five large bedrooms, as well as baby cots and high chairs if needed. You'll also find four bathrooms and five reception rooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you could need, from a dishwasher and fridges to an ice-maker and microwave. Plus, there's a pantry with a washing machine for your convenience.

Indulge in our range of entertainment options, including an elegant formal salon, a TV room equipped with SKY satellite TV, Hi-Fi, and DVD player, and an informal yet charming salon. You can also enjoy the natural light in our conservatory or gather in the dining hall for meals.

Outside, you'll have exclusive access to a tennis court and a heated pool, perfect for outdoor activities. We provide gas and conventional BBQs, as well as plenty of outdoor furniture and loungers for your comfort. Additionally, there is table tennis in the South East tower, boules in the courtyard, and table-football in the large kitchen area.

For your convenience, we provide all linen and towels, including swimming towels. The house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property.

Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the excellent Chateau des Vigiers golf course is just a 12-minute drive away. The Dordogne region is nearby, surrounded by vineyards, charming villages, and vibrant markets. Take a short drive to the towns of Ste Emillion and Bergerac, or simply use our gite as a base to explore the wonderful region.
