Facilities:

When you stay with us, our family rents out four double rooms in the entire house. This means you will have your own room and access to the shared bathroom. Additionally, our house has two living rooms equipped with televisions, books, and videos that you are welcome to enjoy at any time. You can also make use of the pool, gardens, orchard, and yard. However, please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use, as we take care of preparing meals by reservation. If you require access to a fridge, please let us know.

Equipment:

We provide background music throughout the house. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and amenities. In the TV room, you'll find a library of books and films for your entertainment.

Standards of behavior:

We kindly ask that you treat our house as if it were your own, taking care of it and respecting the property. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you are welcome to smoke outside. Please be polite and considerate of other guests, avoiding excessive noise during inappropriate hours.

Services:

We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests, with no password required. Room cleaning is provided on a weekly basis, including fresh linen and towels. However, if you require additional cleaning services, there will be an extra charge.

Meal services:

We specialize in healthy, homemade Mediterranean cuisine, using fresh produce from our orchard. You can enjoy a fantastic gastronomic experience with the freshest and healthiest vegetables and fruits. If you have any specific dietary requirements or preferences, please let us know. Our menu primarily consists of traditional Spanish and Andalusian dishes such as gazpacho, paella, pescaito frito, sopas de pescado, and tortilla española. We also organize barbecues in the garden. You have the option to choose full board (20 euros per day) or half board (lunch or dinner, 11 euros per day). Advance reservations are required. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Car Park:

We provide a free outdoor car park for our guests, located within the Villa area.

Airport Transfer:

Upon reservation, we offer airport transfers or transportation from the bus/train station to our B&B. Please provide us with your flight number and estimated time of arrival. The cost is 60 euros per person, per way. Advance reservation is required.

Sustainable Practices:

We are committed to sustainability and have implemented various measures to minimize our environmental impact. These include using water from our own well, employing solar heating for hot water, serving fresh and healthy food in our menus, practicing organic production of vegetables, fruits, and eggs, operating a swimming pool with a re-use system and salt treatment, and promoting the use of local products such as olive oil, aloe vera, avocados, and handcrafts. Host Family's Lifestyle:

We are a family of four, and our daily lives revolve around taking care of our house and the surrounding field. You will see that we are surrounded by fruit trees, and we tend to our garden, clean the swimming pool, harvest fruits and vegetables, and feed our chickens daily. We also have a friendly parrot named Pollo, who may not be very talkative but is always laughing. Our typical meal times are lunch at 2 p.m. and dinner at 9 p.m. You are welcome to join us for meals, but it is entirely up to you. Occasionally, we have friends over and host barbecues in the garden.
