We offer a specially designed ground floor apartment to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, providing necessary facilities to meet their special needs. These include cesure locking systems with an RFID lock, air conditioning with anti-allergy filters in all apartments, free Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning service. Additionally, our guests can enjoy access to communal gardens and terrace, a breakfast room, and child-friendly amenities such as baby cots, prams, and car seats.
For a nominal fee of only 4.50€ per person, we offer a delicious breakfast menu that includes a variety of options. Our breakfast spread features artisanal breads, filter coffee, espresso, a selection of teas (verbena, English breakfast, chamomile, linden), homemade preserves (fig, pumpkin, raspberry, strawberry), traditional quince jelly, homemade cakes and pastries, cured meats and cheeses, yoghurt (natural and fruit flavored), breakfast cereals, and fresh seasonal fruit. These apartments are situated in a building that boasts a rich history of approximately 140 years. In 2014, the building underwent a meticulous restoration process, ensuring utmost authenticity while preserving its distinctive elements. The original pine floorboards, measuring approximately 5-7 meters in length and 20 cm in width, were carefully maintained. The high ceilings, adorned with intricately crafted plaster and whitewashed finishes, add a touch of elegance. Additionally, the solid wood doors, skirting, and wall coverings feature exquisite granite stone and solid wood craftsmanship. The interior staircase was also restored, showcasing beautiful hardwood and complemented by pristine white plastered ceilings. Rest assured, modern comfort is not compromised in these apartments.
