It offers a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, various utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.
- The bedroom is separate and features a comfortable 1m60 bed, a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, Internet and television access, and optional air conditioning.
- The bathroom has been renovated and includes a shower, an integrated sink unit, and a toilet.
- Finally, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden and is furnished with outdoor furniture. Additionally, there is parking available for one car.
