Description for Gite
The Roguedas Cottage is a brand new, comfortable 68 m2 building. It is equivalent to a 3 or 4-star gite. You will have the pleasure of a private garden and parking area. Additionally, there is a spacious south-facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.On the ground floor, you will find a large main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A generous window allows for ample natural light and showcases the beautiful southern exposure. Additionally, there is a laundry area and toilet on this level.
We have thoughtfully provided everything you need to feel at home! The cottage is equipped with all standard appliances such as an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one double bed and two single beds), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. For extra sleeping arrangements, there are two additional beds available in the living room's sofa bed.
At no extra cost, you can request access to the outdoor hot tub, golf ball, and bicycles (two for adults and two for children). We also have a stroller and baby cot available for your convenience.
Please note that sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
