Escape to the peaceful countryside with this charming 19th century Perigord House. Located on a 15-hectare old farm, this character stone house offers a serene and tranquil setting, perfect for a relaxing holiday close to nature.

The house features a private pond for fishing, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful green surroundings. Situated just 1km from the village of Maurens, where you can find groceries, bread, a bar-tabac, and a hairdresser, convenience is never far away.

Inside, the spacious house is carefully furnished and boasts a well-equipped kitchen with brand new household electronic equipment, a large capacity fridge, and a baby chair. The cozy 30m² living room is complete with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player, providing the perfect space for relaxation.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the house offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140cm) and a cot, while the second bedroom offers a 120cm bed for one or two people, as well as an additional 80cm bed for one person. The third bedroom includes a 140cm bed for two people, a 90cm bed for one person, and a pull-out bed (80cm) for one person.

The bathroom features a shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. Bed linen, toilet linen, and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Outside, you can relax on the covered terrace and enjoy meals with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. For some friendly competition, there is also a ping pong table available.
