Located on the picturesque south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, just 15 minutes away from the vibrant city of Ajaccio, our charming gite offers the perfect location for a car-free vacation. With a convenient shuttle boat located on the nearby beach, you can easily explore the stunning surroundings of Porticcio.From Porticcio, you can reach various breathtaking destinations within short distances. Ajaccio is only 15 minutes away, while Cargèse, the enchanting creeks of Piana (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Porto, Scandola, and Girolata can be reached within 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Bonifacio is just 1 hour and 15 minutes away, Sartène can be reached in 50 minutes, and the beautiful neck of Vizzavona is only a short 50-minute drive away.
Porticcio itself is a highly sought-after vacation spot, known for its pristine environment and beautiful coastline (awarded the Blue Flag). The resort is surrounded by untouched nature, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
For beach lovers, there is an easily accessible beach only 800 meters away. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of activities in Ajaccio, just 1.5 kilometers away, including sailing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, boat trips, and more. You can also rent surfboards and catamarans to explore the crystal-clear waters. Additionally, there is a water park, equestrian center (1.5 kilometers away), shooting range, and municipal golf course in Porticcio. Our residence, TERRA BELLA, is located on a hill and is designed with a collection of small buildings connected by narrow pedestrian streets and beautiful gardens. Within the residence, you will find two swimming pools with terraces (unheated and unsupervised), open from mid-May to late September. Tennis courts (not included in the service) are also nearby. Please note that the opening and closing of the pools depend on the condominium, so please inquire during your stay.
