Gite Description:Welcome to our charming studio located in an exceptional setting, on the edge of the Montmorency forest, just 25 km from Paris.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including tourist visits, excursions, mountain biking, horseback riding, and tennis. Paris is easily accessible by public transportation (train) or by the A15 motorway (29 minutes).
The famous village of Auvers-sur-Oise, known for its association with the works of VAN GOGH, is just 5 km away. Giverny, the village of the American painters, is also within reach.
For travelers flying into Roissy airport (Charles De Gaulle), there is a shuttle service nearby.
Our studio, located on a separate staircase from our house, sits on a spacious 1800 m² plot of land.
The studio itself (30 m²) is comprised of the following:
- Main room with beds (suitable for 2 adults and can accommodate 2 children)
- Kitchenette
- Shower room with WC
Amenities include a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, and internet access.

For your convenience, there is a shuttle service to Roissy airport (Charles de Gaulle) nearby.
Our studio, accessible via an independent staircase, is situated on a spacious 1800 m² property separate from our main house.
The studio itself spans 30 m² and is equipped with everything you need: a main room with comfortable beds for 2 adults and the possibility of accommodating 2 children, a convenient kitchenette, and a separate room with a shower and toilet.
You'll also find amenities such as a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, and internet access.

Directions
You can take a direct shuttle bus from Roissy to the nearby village of Frépillon (line 95.18). From there, you can easily reach BESSANCOURt. Alternatively, you can travel from Paris to BESSANCOURt using public transportation, such as the "gare du Nord" station and arriving at either "Bessancourt" or Frépillon stations. There is also a bus option available from "Cergy-Pontoise". If you prefer driving, you can reach BESSANCOURt from Paris via the A15 or A115 motorways in approximately 29 minutes. If you are coming from the north, you can take the A1 or A16 motorways.
