The large living room boasts a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa and chair, a TV, and tasteful furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a cozy bed measuring 140, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds measuring 90 each. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a single bed measuring 90. A cot is also available if needed.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden, relax under the shade of a parasol on the provided sunbeds, and savor delicious meals prepared on the barbecue.

Directions

To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these steps:
1. Drive on the D613 (also known as Route de Paris) for approximately 14km.
2. At Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (also known as Route de St Pierre sur Dives).
3. At the roundabout, take the D80 on your right and continue for 2km.
4. Then, make a left turn onto the D232, which will lead you to the chapel of Beneauville.
5. After driving for about 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
